INGREDIENTS
Are your products vegan?
All our products contain 100% vegan ingredients.
Are your products natural?
Our Bodywash contains 98% natural ingredients. The remaining 2% is our unique SENSational fragrance and ingredients to preserve the product to stop the ingredients going mouldy, because that would be a waste!
Sens Deodorant contains 98% natural ingredients. The remaining 2% is our unique SENSational fragrance. Teens want to smell great and so we have designed a fragrance specific for them - some are calling our fragrance this generation’s CK One!
Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?
No. We are against animal testing. We only test on ourselves and our children.
How do I know if I have allergies to your products?
Our products have been safety tested and checked, and we’ve done our best to make sure our range is gentle enough for young skin. But if you have a history of sensitivities or allergies, we recommend that you do a skin test before trying our products. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.
SUSTAINABILITY
Why do you use aluminium bottles?
We will always look for non-plastic alternatives to help reduce plastic pollution.
That’s why we’ve chosen Aluminium bottles instead of plastic ones. Aluminium can be recycled infinitely, unlike plastic which can’t be recycled forever.
Why is your deodorant in a plastic container?
We will always do our very best to find an alternative packaging solution to plastic. However, if we must use plastic, we will make sure it is fully recyclable or reusable plastic.
Our Deodorant comes in a fully recyclable plastic container. Over 100 parents & kids voted for a plastic deodorant pack vs a cardboard one, as they know teens need something sturdy for PE bags.
We are still working on a fully compostable pack that passes the sweaty gym bag test - so lookout for more news on this…
What shipping materials do you use?
Our mailer boxes are strong, recyclable cardboard boxes. We also use recycled materials whenever possible.
Are you pumps recyclable?
Our pumps are not recyclable yet so don’t throw them away after one use. Please re-use your pump and buy our all-aluminium refill pack next time.
DELIVERY
What is your delivery method?
We use Royal mail which takes between 3-5 days. We offer Free postage on orders over £20, otherwise it’s £3.50. Please contact us before you place your order if you need your delivery by a certain date. We’ll do our best to help.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received your order. Before you contact us, please check with your local post office (and your neighbours, who might have it…). If your package is still missing, email us and we’ll be happy to do what we can to find it. Please note, there may be delays due to issues beyond our control such as severe weather.
What if my bottles have leaked in the post?
We are so sorry to hear this and hope it wasn't too messy to clear up! We try our best to package our orders as safely as possible, but in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged please send a photo to hello@sensbodycare.com and we will of course send a replacement out.
Do you send out orders every day?
Yes, Monday to Friday (but not on Bank Holidays). We are a small company, so we will do our best to get your order out asap. Once your payment is processed, you can expect your parcel within 3-5 working days.

Do you deliver Internationally?
We are a small business only trading in the UK for now.
My tracking number doesn't work?
Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot afford Royal Mails full tracking service, if your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please let us know and we will investigate this for you.
RETURNS
What is your return and exchange policy?
We hope that you love our products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Contact hello@sensbodycare.com, give us the reason for your return and we’ll give you a returns reference number and a returns address.
We want you to have a SENSational experience, so, if you are unsatisfied in any way, or experience a reaction to one of our products, please contact us at hello@sensbodycare.com and we’ll find a solution.
